Three ways to reach us
Depending on what you already have in hand
A one-off question
A point of law before opening a file: write to us. For an answer that commits us on a concrete case, even a
one-off one, a change of employer or of canton for example, the feasibility assessment is what
counts.
A subscription
You recruit regularly outside the EU and EFTA: an annual retainer with ongoing follow-up may suit you better
than a single file.

The scope
What our mandate covers, and does not cover
What we do
- Advising employers on the admission requirements for third-country nationals
- Preparing and filing applications with the cantonal authorities
- Representing your company throughout the administrative procedure
- Ongoing follow-up of permits, extensions, changes of employer and family reunification
What we do not do
- Recruitment and staff leasing: these activities are reserved for companies licensed under the Federal Act on Employment Services and the Hiring of Services
- Court representation: we are not a law firm and we do not litigate
- Promising a permit: the decision always rests with the authorities, never with the adviser
- Finding candidates: you choose the person, we make the admission procedure secure
