Two procedures, one shared timetable
In healthcare as in education, the recognition of a qualification or degree obtained abroad is a procedure distinct from the work permit. We do not conduct the recognition procedure ourselves, but we align its timetable with that of the admission file, so that neither procedure delays the other unnecessarily.
What does not change
The same legal requirements, whatever the sector
No sector is exempt from the requirements set by the law.
- Priority for workers already present on the Swiss and European markets
- Salary and working conditions customary for the location, profession and sector
- Qualifications reserved for managers, specialists and other qualified workers
- Suitable accommodation for the person admitted
