What drives the amount

The range of CHF 2,000 to CHF 5,000 reflects files of very different kinds. Four factors explain it, and we assess them from the feasibility assessment onwards.

  • The canton where the position is located, each authority having its own practice
  • The sector of activity and the sensitivity of the profile sought
  • How complete the file you send us is at the outset
  • The number of employees covered by the same application

Some cantonal decisions are subject to the approval of the State Secretariat for Migration before they become final.

The range depends on the canton, the sector, the complexity of the file and the number of employees concerned. The exact amount is fixed before work begins.

Discuss a case

Indicative amounts, excluding VAT (Swiss standard rate of 8.1% since 1 January 2024). They are confirmed in writing before any engagement, on the basis of the actual file. For clients domiciled abroad, the service is deemed to be supplied abroad within the meaning of art. 8 para. 1 LTVA and the invoice is issued without VAT.
