Why start here

A file that starts badly costs more than a prior assessment

Putting together a complete file takes time on both sides. Better to know beforehand, while the candidate has not yet resigned from their current position.

  • You avoid launching a full procedure on a fragile file
  • You identify the documents to gather before having to request them twice
  • You choose the most appropriate route between a short-term permit and a residence permit
  • You receive a written note, useful internally for making the call

What we examine

The legal requirements, one by one

  • The priority of the domestic workforce: no equivalent profile available in Switzerland or among nationals covered by the free movement of persons
  • The salary and working conditions customary for the location, profession and sector
  • The candidate's personal qualifications against the legal requirements
  • The suitable accommodation the admitted person must have

What you receive

A written summary note, frank even when it is negative

We give you a written appraisal of the requirements met, any weak points and the most appropriate route. If the file is not ready, we say so, along with what is missing for it to become so. This honesty is part of the service: it saves you from launching a full procedure on fragile foundations.

What you send us

Three elements are enough to start

  • The job title, the level of employment and the canton concerned
  • The candidate's profile: nationality, qualification or degree, experience, current situation
  • The searches already carried out on the Swiss and European labour market, if any

The entry point. We examine the position, the candidate's profile and the canton concerned, and we tell you frankly where the file stands.

  • Review of the legal requirements applicable to the candidate and the position
  • Assessment of the file's chances and weak points
  • Identification of risks and missing documents
  • Recommendation of the most appropriate route (short-term or residence permit)
  • Written summary note

If you then entrust us with the full procedure, this amount is deducted from the fees.

Indicative amounts, excluding VAT (Swiss standard rate of 8.1% since 1 January 2024). They are confirmed in writing before any engagement, on the basis of the actual file. For clients domiciled abroad, the service is deemed to be supplied abroad within the meaning of art. 8 para. 1 LTVA and the invoice is issued without VAT.
