Four packages for recruitment, from the one-off assessment to the annual subscription. Separate flat fees for permits and family, also open to private individuals. The amounts below are indicative.

We examine the position, the candidate's profile and the canton concerned, and we assess where the file stands.

  • Review of the legal requirements applicable to the candidate and the position
  • Assessment of the file's chances and weak points
  • Identification of risks and missing documents
  • Recommendation of the most appropriate route (short-term or residence permit)
  • Written summary note

If you then entrust us with the full procedure, this amount is deducted from the fees.

We take the file from start to finish and represent your company before the authorities until the decision.

  • Preparation of the complete application file
  • Drafting of the economic case and the justification for the position
  • Coordination of supporting documents with your teams
  • Filing and follow-up with the competent cantonal authority
  • Monitoring of the federal stage where approval is required
  • Support with arrival formalities

The range depends on the canton, the sector, the complexity of the file and the number of employees concerned. The exact amount is fixed before work begins.

Permits and family

Five procedures open to employers, for an employee and their family, and to private individuals, for themselves and their relatives. Each flat fee is confirmed in writing after a first review of the situation.

B permit, application

CHF 1,500 to CHF 3,000

A first residence permit, or the move from another permit to a B permit. The fee depends on the ground for admission and the number of documents to gather.

  • Review of the ground for admission and the legal requirements attached to it
  • List of documents adapted to the canton of residence or of the position
  • Drafting of the application and its supporting statement
  • Filing and follow-up with the cantonal authority until the decision

Where the B permit is sought for salaried work, the application comes from the employer: the full procedure then applies.

B permit, extension

CHF 600

The application to extend an existing residence permit, prepared within the time limit set by the ordinance.

  • Check of the expiry date and the filing deadline
  • Verification of the documents the authority expects
  • Preparation and filing of the application
  • Follow-up until the decision

A situation that raises questions (social assistance, unemployment, separation of the couple) may justify a preliminary review, billed separately.

The application for a settlement permit after ten years of residence, or after five years for the nationalities that benefit from it.

Early C permit

The express application for a settlement permit after five years of uninterrupted residence under a B permit, for a well-integrated person.

  • Check of the period of residence and of the periods excluded from the calculation
  • Review of the language level required and of the documents that prove it
  • Presentation of the applicant's integration, including that of family members over twelve
  • Drafting of the express application, filing and follow-up

Family reunification

CHF 1,500 to CHF 3,000

The arrival of the spouse and children to join a parent settled in Switzerland, or a Swiss national.

  • Review of the permit held by the person already in Switzerland and of the filing deadlines
  • Check of housing, resources and, where applicable, language
  • Coordination of civil status documents, translations and legalisations
  • Filing and follow-up with the cantonal authority until the decision

The range depends on the number of people, their country of residence and the state of the civil status documents.

Residence for the purpose of marriage

CHF 1,500 to CHF 2,500

flat fee per couple

The permit that allows a foreign fiancé(e) to prepare and celebrate a marriage in Switzerland, where their residence is not already settled.

  • Review of the conditions laid down by case law and federal practice
  • Coordination with the preparatory procedure of the civil registry office
  • Demonstration of the conditions for family reunification after the marriage
  • Filing and follow-up with the cantonal migration authority

The flat fee covers the permit application, not the civil registry procedure itself, which remains the couple's own.

Other residence permits

Short-term, cross-border, students, retirees, self-employed, secondments, spouses of international civil servants: seven flat fees for the situations an ordinary B permit does not cover. Each amount is confirmed in writing after a first review.

L permit, short-term

CHF 1,200 to CHF 2,000

flat fee per person

A short-term permit for an assignment of one year at most, or a stay of four months in twelve. The fee depends on nationality and purpose.

  • Choice between the quota route and the four-months-in-twelve route
  • Review of the applicable admission conditions
  • Preparation and filing with the cantonal authority
  • Follow-up until the decision, including the federal stage

For a third-country employee, the application is made by the employer; the fee then applies to the company.

G permit, cross-border

The cross-border permit for a person living in the neighbouring border zone and working in Switzerland.

  • Check of the place of residence and the border zone
  • Review of the conditions specific to third-country nationals
  • Preparation and filing of the application
  • Follow-up until the decision and renewal reminder

A change of employer or canton for a third-country cross-border worker requires a separate application.

Student permit

The residence permit for studies or further training in Switzerland, then part-time work and the job search after graduation.

  • Verification of financial means and accommodation
  • Preparation and filing of the file
  • Advice on part-time work and on staying after graduation

The six-month stay to look for a job after a Swiss degree, then the work permit, are covered by a separate fee stated in the proposal.

For a retiree settling in Switzerland, or for a person coming for medical treatment.

  • Review of ties with Switzerland and financial means
  • Review of the applicable cantonal practice
  • Drafting of the application and its reasoning
  • Filing and follow-up with the cantonal authority until the decision

The range depends on nationality, canton and the number of family members concerned.

Self-employed and company founders

CHF 3,000 to CHF 5,000

flat fee per file

The permit to carry on a self-employed activity or to found a company in Switzerland, with the economic case the authority expects.

  • Review of personal and financial conditions
  • Drafting of the case for the project's benefit to the Swiss economy
  • Coordination with the business plan and company documents
  • Filing and follow-up until the decision, including the federal stage

The business plan and accounting documents remain the work of your advisers; we check how they fit the application.

Secondment and intra-group transfers

CHF 1,500 to CHF 3,000

flat fee per employee

The transfer of a manager or specialist within a group, or the secondment of an employee to provide services in Switzerland.

  • Choice of route: notification, short-term or residence
  • Check of the salary and working conditions applicable in Switzerland
  • Preparation and filing of the file
  • Follow-up until the decision and of deadlines

For several employees on the same project, a global fee is offered.

Ci permit

CHF 800

The permit allowing the spouse or child of an international civil servant to work in Switzerland.

  • Check of the family member's legitimation card
  • Preparation of the application and the employer's documents
  • Filing and follow-up with the cantonal authority
  • Advice on switching to another permit at the end of the posting

Offered mainly in Geneva, Bern and Basel, where international organisations are concentrated.

Private individuals

Naturalisation

Ordinary and facilitated naturalisation: checking the conditions, preparing the file and the interview, following up until the decision. The firm does not litigate: if the application is refused, we refer you to a lawyer.

Ordinary naturalisation

CHF 2,000 to CHF 3,500

flat fee per person or family

The ordinary naturalisation application, from counting the years of residence to the interview before the commission.

  • Calculation of federal and cantonal years of residence
  • Check of the integration criteria and the certified language level
  • Preparation and filing of the file with the commune or canton
  • Preparation for the interview and follow-up until the decision

A joint file for spouses and minor children counts as a single fee. Authority fees are extra.

Facilitated naturalisation

CHF 1,500 to CHF 2,200

For the spouse of a Swiss citizen or for a third-generation foreigner.

  • Check of the conditions specific to each route
  • Preparation of the file and integration certificates
  • Filing with the State Secretariat for Migration and follow-up
  • Preparation for the cantonal inquiry

Federal and cantonal fees are extra.

What our fees do not include

  • The charges levied by the cantonal and federal authorities and by the civil registry offices, which vary by canton and by type of file
  • Translation and legalisation costs for supporting documents, where they are required
  • Language courses and examinations
  • Costs linked to the arrival of the employee or the family that do not form part of the procedure itself

From one canton and one file to the next, these costs vary too much to be quantified here. They are set out in the proposal, on the basis of the actual file.

Billing

How payment works

The feasibility assessment is payable when ordered. The fee for the full procedure is confirmed in writing before work begins, once the file is known. The annual subscription is billed on the basis of the retainer agreed in the contract. Hourly billing comes with an itemised statement attached to each invoice.

The Permits and family flat fees are set out in a written proposal, after a first review of the situation, and paid according to the schedule it provides. A private individual may revoke the engagement at any time; services already performed remain due.
