Feasibility assessment

The entry point. We examine the position, the candidate's profile and the canton concerned, and we tell you frankly where the file stands.

  • Review of the legal requirements applicable to the candidate and the position
  • Assessment of the file's chances and weak points
  • Identification of risks and missing documents
  • Recommendation of the most appropriate route (short-term or residence permit)
  • Written summary note

If you then entrust us with the full procedure, this amount is deducted from the fees.

Full procedure

CHF 2,000 to CHF 5,000

depending on complexity

We take the file from start to finish and represent your company before the authorities until the decision.

  • Preparation of the complete application file
  • Drafting of the economic case and the justification for the position
  • Coordination of supporting documents with your teams
  • Filing and follow-up with the competent cantonal authority
  • Monitoring of the federal stage where approval is required
  • Support with arrival formalities

The range depends on the canton, the sector, the complexity of the file and the number of employees concerned. The exact amount is fixed before work begins.

The retainer is based on the volume you declare. We start from your recruitment history over the past three years.

Hourly billing

For one-off assignments that do not fit any of the packages above.

  • One-off advice on a specific situation
  • Review of a file prepared by your own teams
  • Assistance with a change of employer or an extension
  • Preparation of a reply to a request for further information from the authority

Billed in quarter-hour increments, with an itemised statement attached to the invoice.

Indicative amounts, excluding VAT (Swiss standard rate of 8.1% since 1 January 2024). They are confirmed in writing before any engagement, on the basis of the actual file. For clients domiciled abroad, the service is deemed to be supplied abroad within the meaning of art. 8 para. 1 LTVA and the invoice is issued without VAT.

What our fees do not include

  • The charges levied by the cantonal and federal authorities, which vary by canton and by type of file
  • Translation and legalisation costs for supporting documents, where they are required
  • Costs linked to the employee's arrival that do not form part of the procedure itself

From one canton and one file to the next, these costs vary too much to be quantified here. They are set out in the proposal, on the basis of the actual file.

Billing

How payment works

The feasibility assessment is payable when ordered. The fee for the full procedure is confirmed in writing before work begins, once the file is known. The annual subscription is billed on the basis of the retainer agreed in the contract. Hourly billing comes with an itemised statement attached to each invoice.
